Exclusive tented camp in the Khwai concession
Little Machaba, the exclusive sister camp of the Machaba Camp is situated in the Khwai concession, a 180 000 hectare big wildlife reserve which borders the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp offers only 4 exclusive Safari tents which are build and decorated in the cozy Botswana 1950’s safari style.
The tents have bathrooms, sleeping and living areas, outdoor showers and a private veranda overlooking the great wildlife reserve.
The main area of Little Machaba consists of a tented area, a small library and a fresh swimming pool. The camp offers a variety of activities, for example morning, evening and night game drives, guided nature walks, mokoro drives (water level dependent) and visits to the local communities. Wildlife to be seen includes elephant, buffalo, hippo, lion, leopard, African Wild dog, Giraffe, some rare antelope species and an abundance of birds.
