The Ghanzi region includes the western part of Botswana bordering Namibia around the small town of Ghanzi and the northern areas around the Tsodilo Hills (western Ngamiland). The region shown here on Info-Botswana is not congruent with the Ghanzi political district.
Geography and climate of the Ghanz region
The region is located at an altitude of about 900 meters above sea level and is located in the central part of the Kalahari Basin.
