Rustic camp on the Boteti river
Boteti Tented Camp is locally owned and located on the Boteti River, one of the tributaries of the Okavango Delta, about 45 minutes outside of Maun. By staying at the camp you support the surrounding region, where fresh local produce is sourced. The Boteti River is a reliable lifeline for the arid Kalahari and Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, attracting numerous waders, crocodiles and hippos.
The intimate Boteti Tented Camp has 5 simple tents that stand on wooden platforms and feature rustic furnishings such as a wooden chest, desk and private bathroom. The lovingly designed common area with lounge, dining area and cozy bar leads across the wooden terrace to a small swimming pool with sun loungers.
The diverse activities include the Okavango Delta safari, a day trip to the Moremi Game Reserve, shorter game drives and a mokoro rides.
