Limpopo River Lodge

Perfect retreat for nature lovers

The Limpopo River Lodge is beautifully situated on the banks of the Limpopo River in the central Tuli Block in southeastern Botswana. Surrounded by pristine wilderness, the lodge offers an ideal base for nature lovers and adventurers. Its proximity to the rarely used Platjan border crossing, just 15 km away, also makes it conveniently accessible from South Africa.

Accommodation at Limpopo River Lodge

The lodge offers a total of six thatched accommodations with space for up to twelve guests. The two chalets each have two double beds and share a common bathroom. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a bar area, there is a barbecue area and a swimming pool. The four rondavels feature either double beds or two single beds, a private bathroom, a fully equipped bush kitchen, and a barbecue area. The rustic bush camp consists of two bedrooms with two single beds each, with bed linen, blankets, and towels provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a gas refrigerator, and paraffin lamps. The thatched bathroom facilities offer hot and cold water as well as flush toilets, which are shared by bush camp guests. The lodge grounds also include six campsites with hot-water showers, flush toilets, and a barbecue area by the river.

Activities and tours at Limpopo River Lodge
