Deception Valley Lodge
Four star safari lodge in the heart of the Kalahari
Deception Valley Lodge is an excellent camp in a secluded location and offers absolute privacy on 43,000 hectares of pristine Kalahari bushland. The dedicated owners offer guests an enjoyable and eventful stay in the midst of wild nature with excellent service and luxurious facilities.
All eight spacious suites have separate bedrooms and living rooms, a private bathroom, an outdoor shower and a private veranda with a fantastic view. Family suites can also be booked for 3 people or more. The lodge has comfortable communal indoor and outdoor areas and a swimming pool.
On morning and afternoon game drives, with a bit of luck you can see the magnificent black-maned Kalahari lion, cheetahs, leopards and wild dogs as well as giraffes, elephants and many antelopes. Guided walks with experienced bushmen from the Naru-speaking San tribe convey the traditional way of life of Africa's first human beings.
